1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Geniyes. By accessing or using our website and mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to students in India from Class 1 to college level. Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before registering. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To participate in quizzes, you must create an account using accurate and complete information, including your real name, school details, and grade level. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Quizzes & Fair Play

• Each quiz consists of 25 questions across 5 rounds.
• Scoring 40% or above earns a gift voucher; scoring 60% or above earns a cash prize, subject to applicable terms.
• Cheating, using external assistance, creating multiple accounts, or any attempt to manipulate scores is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
• Geniyes reserves the right to void scores obtained through unfair means.

5. Prizes & Redemptions

• Cash prizes and gift vouchers are subject to verification of identity and eligibility.
• Prizes are credited to your in-app wallet and may be redeemed according to the redemption options available in the app.
• Geniyes is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or incorrect redemption details provided by the user.
• Taxes, if any, on prize winnings are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

6. Leaderboard & Certificates

Leaderboard rankings are based on quiz performance and are updated periodically. Certificates are issued for qualifying achievements and remain the property of Geniyes. Forging, altering, or misrepresenting certificates is prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell quiz content without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including quiz questions, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Geniyes or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geniyes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
